Milo GPS: Verify Daily Mileage

Daily Mileage Is Easy

The Milo GPS tracking system is a great way to verify daily mileage. The system automatically calculates how many miles a vehicle travels each day. There is nothing you need to do. It is that easy.

daily mileage

Daily Mileage Report

Verifying mileage is important for several reasons.

  • Verify fuel consumption
  • Manage preventive maintenance
  • Prevent unauthorized use

If a vehicle is using too much fuel the mileage can tell you if the vehicle is being used excessively. Preventive maintenance is often tracked by mileage. Spikes in mileage could be an indicator of unauthorized use, such as side jobs or personal errands.

There are two ways to verify mileage:

1. Run the Daily Mileage Report

2. Info Box on the Tracking Page

Daily Mileage Report

The Mileage Report displays the miles each vehicle travels by day. The report is found in the Reports section. It is a powerful, easy to use report.

How To Create A Circle Geofence – Milo GPS

What Is A Circle Geofence?

A circle geofence is a virtual fence that can track when an item (vehicle, piece of equipment, or person) crosses the boundary. A circle geofence can be used in a variety of situations. For example, when you need to verify when a vehicle visited a customer. Another good reason is to prevent your drivers from visiting places that are off limits, such as their home, girlfriend/boyfriend’s house, favorite bar, etc.
